This Privacy Policy explains how New World Business LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use the STOP mobile application and related services (the “Service”). It also describes your privacy rights and how the law protects you. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

Words with initial capital letters have meanings defined below. The same definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural.

Account: a unique account created for you to access our Service. Affiliate: an entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control with a party (control = 50%+ ownership). Application / App: the STOP mobile app, owned and operated by New World Business LLC, designed to help adults reduce or quit smoking. Company: New World Business LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Cookies: small files placed on your device storing usage history and preferences. Country: the United States. Device: any device that can access the Service (e.g., smartphone, tablet). Personal Data: any information related to an identified or identifiable individual. Processing: any operation performed on Personal Data (collection, storage, use, deletion, etc.). Service: the STOP app and website https://newworldbusiness.eu. Service Provider: any person or company processing data on our behalf. Usage Data: data collected automatically through the app (e.g., session duration, diagnostic logs, device identifiers). You: the individual using the Service or the entity represented by that individual.

3. Age Restriction

STOP is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with data, please contact us to request deletion.

4. Data We Collect

4.1 Personal Data You Provide

Identity & Contact: email address; optional first/last name. Program Inputs: smoking habits, frequency, goals, quit dates, progress notes, self-report entries. Support & Feedback: messages, bug reports, or support requests. Providing some data may be required to access certain features (e.g., account creation, syncing).

4.2 Data Collected Automatically (Usage Data)

Technical: anonymized IP, device model, OS/app version, language, logs, device identifiers (Android ID/IDFA). Interaction: screens visited, taps, timestamps, session duration. Network: approximate country/region, carrier (if relevant).

4.3 Data from Third Parties

App Stores: subscription validation (Apple/Google receipts). Analytics/Authentication Providers: used only for essential functions, diagnostics, and anonymized insights. 💳 We do not collect or process payment card data. All payments are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play.

We use Cookies, SDKs, and web beacons to operate, secure, and improve our Service.

9. Sharing and Disclosure

We may share data: With Service Providers (hosting, analytics, error logging, notifications) under confidentiality agreements. With Apple/Google for purchase validation and fraud detection. As part of business transfers (merger, acquisition, or sale). For legal reasons (court orders, compliance). With your consent for any other purpose. We do not sell or share Personal Data for advertising as defined by the CCPA.

10. International Transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and European Union. We use Standard Contractual Clauses (EU 2021/914) and other safeguards to ensure adequate protection.

11. Security
