These Terms of Sale govern all purchases and subscriptions for the STOP mobile application (“Service”) operated by New World Business LLC.
1. General Information
STOP offers a free download with optional paid subscriptions through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Subscriptions unlock premium features and personalized support.
2. App Store Purchases
All payments, renewals, and refunds are handled by the respective platform:
• Apple App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google Play Store: play.google.com/store/account
We do not directly process or store any payment card data.
3. Free Trial and Renewals
STOP may offer a 3-day free trial. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Renewal charges are applied via your Apple or Google account.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Users can cancel subscriptions at any time through their App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are managed by those platforms according to their policies. The Company cannot issue refunds directly.
5. Prices
Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary based on region, taxes, and exchange rates. The Company reserves the right to update prices, with notice provided through the relevant app store.
6. Use of Premium Features
Paid features are accessible only during an active subscription. If your subscription expires or is cancelled, access to premium content and data synchronization may be limited.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages related to purchases, billing issues, or third-party payment processors.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
