By downloading, accessing, or using the STOP app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

STOP is intended for adult users aged 18 or older. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Purpose of the Service

STOP is a wellness and motivational tool designed to help adults reduce or quit smoking. It is not a medical or therapeutic application. The Service provides educational and behavioral support only and does not replace medical advice or treatment.

4. Account and Security

• You may need to create an account to use certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features require a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewals, and refunds are handled exclusively by those platforms. We do not directly process or store payment data.

6. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to misuse or interfere with the Service.
• You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app.
• You must not use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violating these Terms or for other lawful reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. STOP does not replace professional medical advice or treatment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, New World Business LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and designs are the property of New World Business LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
